Een set van twee mokken met oor uit de Wolken-collectie. Dit is een try-out van het ontwerp. De mokken zijn gemaakt van witbakkend steengoed en hebben een kleurverloop van blauw naar beige, met een roze bodem. Voor de kleuren zijn rode en blauwe pigmenten aan de klei toegevoegd. Beide mokken zijn zowel aan de binnen- als buitenkant geglazuurd, waardoor ze waterdicht en vaatwasserbestendig zijn. Met een inhoud van 200 ml zijn de mokken ideaal voor een cappuccino, thee of filterkoffie.
Alle items worden met veel zorg bij mij thuis in Utrecht gemaakt. Handgemaakte keramieke items kunnen altijd kleine imperfecties vertonen, die ik omarm als unieke kenmerken van het ontwerp. Items waarvan de imperfecties de gebruiksfunctie aantasten, worden niet verkocht.

A set of two handled mugs from the Clouds Collection. This is a try-out of the design. The mugs are made from white-firing stoneware and feature a gradient from blue to beige, with a pink base.
Red and blue pigments have been added to the clay to create the colours. Both mugs are glazed on the inside and outside, making them waterproof and dishwasher-safe.
With a capacity of 200 ml, the mugs are ideal for a cappuccino, tea or filter coffee.
All items are made with great care in my home studio in Utrecht. Handmade ceramic items may have small imperfections, which I embrace as unique characteristics of the design. Items with imperfections that affect their functionality are not sold.
